Clever use of the garage

This conservatory was cleverly designed to make use of the space available by utilising the garage wall within the design. Of course, we had to build up and insulate the wall so that the heat loss was minimised in order to comply with building regulations. The plastered finish and door through to the garage make the conservatory look less of an add-on and more like an integral part of the house. An example of how employing a good designer (ours come free!) can save money as well as add value to your home.
