The missing link

Clever design enables one room to be linked to another by using a conservatory. This always adds more value than a regular build leading off a single room. In this case, the conservatory links one part of the house to the other creating a through route that was not available prior to the project completion. The ground floor layout is altogether more satisfactory to them and any furure purchaser of the property.
